SPIRITUAL CONVERSATIONS IN TRAUMA HEALING

This month’s podcast is a topic that both Debbie and I have noticed a great deal of this going on particularly in Spiritual communities--“Toxic Positivity”. We discuss the definition and causes; what is the difference and paradox between healthy optimism, or authentic positivity, from toxic positivity; how many will use toxic positivity through projection; and the bypassing of grief, pain and feelings to so not be labeled ‘negative’. This is an important discussion in learning to embody our authentic self and notice the trauma patterns that exist within these conversations.

In moving through this last powerful eclipse, the one that had many of us literally go through not only mental and emotional changes but physical recalibration, I wanted to just offer a previous blog—"Trust the Synchronicities”.

We are in very interdimensional experiential times. I’ve literally felt like I’ve been shifting through timelines…and then I’m reading every day about Project Looking Glass, future selves operating in now time, and time travel. Using the wisdom of the hawk mentioned in the blog, “It’s like the hawk energy understands the overview.” Everything happens for a reason, so to stay detached as things shift around us, in different timelines, is an excellent perspective to hold and experience during this time. Fly high everyone!

ASTROLOGY

September, though not as intense as August, doesn’t mean it’s less potent. It just slows the tempos while the sun is in Virgo. It brings us back to mindfulness, precision…and it puts out truth as well as a new perspective on old matters.

  Physical: Energy holds steady when effort moves through existing channels rather than new ones. The body responds well to pacing and grounded routine.
  ​Emotional: Discipline transforms frustration into focus. Patience opens the path that force keeps closed.

  Physical: The nervous system finds ease as communication turns diplomatic; the body invites deeper rest as Uranus turns inward.

  ​Financial: Fair, balanced negotiations serve well. Shared resources and joint finances carry added intensity and call for clear values.

  Physical: A fertile point for resetting health routines — nutrition, rest, and daily rhythm respond well to gentle refinement.

• September 17: Chiron Retrograde Re-enters Aries​
  Physical: Old wounds held in the body around identity and self-assertion surface gently for release.
  ​Emotional: Deep healing around courage, selfhood, and early trauma moves inward — resonant with core soul work.
  ​Financial: Confidence around claiming one's worth is a thread worth tending; healing this supports abundance.
• September 22-23 (8:06 PM ET) Autumnal Equinox — Sun Enters Libra​
  Physical: Balance becomes the body's request — equal measures of activity and rest restore equilibrium.
  ​Emotional: Harmony, fairness, and partnership move to the foreground; connection flows through cooperation.
  ​Financial: Balanced budgets and equitable agreements are favored — this is a season for weighing and centering.
• September 26 (12:49 PM ET) Full Moon in Aries​
  Physical: Vitality peaks and calls for bold, decisive action — the body is ready to move.
  ​Emotional: A culmination point for courage — clarity arrives about what to claim and what to release.
  ​Financial: Decisive financial choices, especially independent ones, reach fruition now. It’s a more turbulent stretch for blue-chip stocks, with eclipse-season currency instability noted generally for September-October.

  Physical: Vibrant, heart-centered energy carries the body through the month's close.

Good Luck Trying to Kill This Jellyfish-Turritopsis dohrnii appears to have cracked the secret of immortality
​Most normal jellyfish start off life as larvae. They metamorphose into polyps (tiny, stationary soft bodies) that bud off swimming medusas, which grow up to become adult jellies. Eventually, after reproducing, most will stop swimming, crumble a little and then die. But the immortal jellyfish escapes that fate. It reverts to a juvenile form, and starts its life cycle again. The process is called “cellular transdifferentiation.

Results of the literature review reveal that HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program), the most powerful ionospheric heater in operation, is able to influence climate. The literature used comes from official sources: peer-reviewed scientific articles (except one); patents; intergovernmental organizations; military documents; policy documents; university documents; national newspapers; news agencies; writings by respected scientists in their fields. Due to numerous biases and a lack of objectivity, the IPCC's arguments on the causes of the growth in extreme environmental phenomena (heat and cold waves, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, droughts, floods, wildfires, air pollution, etc.) are flawed.
