SPIRITUAL CONVERSATIONS IN TRAUMA HEALING

February’s Spiritual Conversations in Trauma Healing podcast brings a suggestive topic from our audience as Debbie and I wove it into, “How Trauma Shifts Empathy for Empaths”. We discuss the qualities and differences of both empathetic and empathic people. Additionally, we share how empathy becomes overcompensated for empathic children due to coping mechanisms from early trauma and its effects. There are also solutions in what can be done or worked on to bring about more balance. Creator’s teachings are included to support this balance. ASTROLOGY

This is the most abridged astrological synapse I could do for February. It’s is a super challenging, intense, and de-structuring month with reality shaking changes. There is a true collective reset which hasn’t happened in thousands of centuries. Many planets will be coming into a square with Uranus bringing sudden tension and quick changes. There will be big transformation in finances, technology, internet, and issues of freedom and liberation from oppression.

Keep an eye on the banks this month. The old Swift Rockefeller/Rothchild Central Banking system are due to publicly implode (though they have in the background for a while). Have you noticed the gold and silver market rising quickly, which shorts the banks?

The full Moon in Leo at 13 degrees shines on the 1^st, which is about creativity, self-expression and what we’re ready to release. The solar eclipse portal is starting to open so big energy will be moving you forward to let go.

On the 3^rd, Uranus is going direct in Taurus unleashing innovative breakthroughs with food, money, and environment.

Saturn enters Aries on the 13^th requiring us to really manifest our destiny through action. We are needing to step into our power and move with our divine life’s path, because on the 17^th, a dramatic Solar Eclipse in Aquarius is all about moving us into the future. This is just the first of the eclipse season until the Lunar eclipse in Leo on March 3.

On the 20^th, the powerful Saturn-Neptune conjunction at 0° Aries has never before occurred in our lifetime, over 5000 years, with the death of the old constructs and the birth of new realities. It’s the uprising of humanity’s consciousness. People rising to change the governments and become the power in their own lives, not dictated by ‘authorities’ or ‘experts’. It’s fusing our dreams with discipline. We need to be brave in completely stepping out of the old comfort zones.

Mercury Retrograde starts on the 26th in Pisces until March 20^th. It feels like we just left the one in December, but this one is watery, emotional and passionate. Make sure you’re grounded and take pauses.
